Administrative Support Assistant

As an administrative support assistant, you will perform various clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department.

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires one to three years of relevant experience.

From an administrative support assistant, you can grow into a project manager by obtaining a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. You can also receive tuition reimbursement as you continue toward becoming a project manager.

Project Manager (PM)

Our project managers plan, manage and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within their timeframe and funding limits. They establish timelines and ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining integrity and cost containment of projects.

  • Requires bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Requires one to three years of relevant experience.
  • Specialized certifications, such as a PMP certification, and additional skills may be needed.

After receiving relevant management experience as a PM, you can grow into a manager of operations role.

Manager, Operations

Manages the daily administrative operations of a multi-physician, single/multiple practice(s) for a division or program. Coordinates administrative functions, plans and supports development of the site/joint division programs and all related areas. Manages all personnel and maintains accurate and current files on all department budgets, capital equipment requests and programs related to operational issues.

  • Requires bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Requires six to eight years of relevant experience and two to five years of leadership/management experience.
